It's ok to have a bad day, to feel sad, anxious or just "off" with the understanding that we have to experience a full range of emotions - we don't get to choose only the pleasurable ones ! However, if you're having more bad days than good or often feel like just getting through the day is a battle - that is not ok. You deserve better, more. My passion to help others is informed by my own experiences with similar issues to the ones you may be facing, and I understand how difficult it can be. I also understand that it doesn't have to be this way. Let's work together to improve your life.
